One more day, the sun reaches our bed...

Last night, I dreamed of Kel and Sunny. I really miss Kel,,, he was being very silly in the dream. The only food we had at the house was candy apples so he decided to eat my trash,? I don’t remember it too well at this point but I remember waving bye to him out of my window as he got on the bus to leave, but because he turned to wave he ended up missing the bus. I will do my best to remember his smile then,, i will cherish this dream. Today is going to be a good day. Even if it is painful. Sunny is by my side, figuratively speaking, and I am at peace in this moment. Every day presents a challenge, whether it’s an old or new one. And we have faced each and every one up until this point,, and Sunny makes it so much more worth it. I love them.

well hello! it's lovely to meet you^^ i certainly hope these can help you out, ive never done anything like this before !!

❀ put on a comfy sweater (weather permitting, of course) and listen to some music that makes you happy! i would reccomend some of the calmer songs from the omori ost (such as lost library, by your side, pyrefly forest, etc.), but obviously everyone is different!

❀ cook a nice meal for yourself, something you really enjoy! or, if you don't have the energy to do that, get takeout from a restaurant you like! eating is super important, and it's easy to forget!

❀ take a shower or a bath, whichever you prefer, and use a fun smelling soap if you have one, especially if you're in a pretty bad mental state. wash all the icky thoughts off! (although, if your fear of water is still prevalent, it's okay to leave this one off. just make sure to wash off, even just with a wet towel/washcloth. it's important to stay clean! you'll feel much better that way)

❀ get some fresh air, if possible! i know if you're in a sunny shift, it might be harder to go outside, but it's so so important to get fresh air and sun as often as possible.

❀ indulge in something you really like!! this is one of the most important things to do when you're feeling kinda out of sorts. whether it be playing a game you like (or your source), gardening, watching a movie, or reading a book, it'll be really helpful!

Fiercely miss people you have no parallel to IRL? I'm an only child but my brain says otherwise.

It really makes me wish that all of these experiences were real and therefore valid rather than fabricated delusions. I wish I'd had a past life because at least then maybe I wouldn't be so controversial. It's like I'm stepping on the spiritual kins' toes by saying I have exotrauma and all that jazz. Granted, some of that is real trauma and is just twisted beyond recognition, but some of it (ie. "The Truth") feels real and gives me that same physiological response.
